How do I know if my outlet is grounded?
Every mat comes with a conductivity tester. Plug it in before your first night — a green light confirms your outlet is grounded and your mat is connected. Most modern three-prong outlets in the US, UK, EU and Australia are grounded by default.
Will electricity flow through the mat? Is it safe?
No electricity flows through the mat. The cord connects only to the ground port of your outlet — the same safety ground every appliance in your home relies on, wired to a copper rod in the earth beneath your house. It's a passive connection: the electrical equivalent of standing barefoot on grass. As with anything connected to your home's wiring, unplug it during electrical storms.
What sizes are available?
Single — 70 × 180 cm (28 × 71 in) for one sleeper, and Double / Queen / King — 140 × 180 cm (55 × 71 in) for two. Both include the grounding cord and the conductivity tester.
